Special thanks to the sales manager, Avag Simonyan, who was incredibly helpful, attentive and made my stay truly enjoyable. I booked a standard single room and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe room upon check-in. Thank you for the unexpected upgrade, it made my stay even more memorable and exceeded my expectations. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore Yerevan's attractions, and the delicious breakfast served each morning provided the perfect start to my day.
