Gästrecension: Best location, friendly & helpful staff. Lovely big room with mountain view

Gästrecension: Very helpful receptionist Lily, a good English speaker, very friendly and purchase on our behalf all entrance tickets to the scenery sites in the area, as well as helping us with transport facilities. The room was very big with nice view.

Gästrecension: The hotel location is good especially for rainy season. 文和有 is just downstairs and 太平老街, 坡之街 are just a stone away. We would like to give a special mention and thanks to Jane for her excellent service and also recommendations for future visits.

Gästrecension: Wonderful location set in the mountains just outside the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It really felt like a mountain getaway. The location was very convenient to access the southeast gate of the park each day and they provided free transportation to and from the gate. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided free toiletries, snacks and drinks in the room every day. The food was local and delicious and we were able to enjoy the fantastic views and nature while dining outside when the weather cooperated. Beyond the location and facilities, what makes this place special are the people working there. They were very friendly, helpful and truly made us feel like we were old friends coming to stay with them right from the start. If you want an authentic and local experience to go along with your trip to Zhangjiajie we cannot recommend this place enough!

Gästrecension: We arrived by high-speed train at ‌Zhangjiajie West Station‌. The manager contacted us in advance and arranged a pick-up. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a ‌pristine stream‌ right in front of the hotel. Kids were splashing and swimming—a perfect nature swimming pool. Later, we learned this area is part of the ‌"One-Line Sky" scenic spot‌, but it remains ‌undeveloped and exclusive to the hotel‌. After unpacking, we immediately ‌hiked up the stream‌. Just ‌200 meters ahead‌ lies the ‌One-Line Sky( without any fee, Hotel is the entrance for the spot‌ It’s far less crowded than paid-entry attractions of Zhangjiajie. You also can see the sunset from the bridge of the hotel and The sky was studded with twinkling stars at night time.
