Gästrecension: We visited this place within a month as the place was so awesome. This time it was to celebrate the birthday and everything (Onsen, Breakfast, Room, Small park, Bar) was so fantastic. The staff was really professional and kind. The view from Onsen was awesome (The Onsen place would be switched overnight so we can enjoy the different view even with the one night stay. (We stayed 2 nights so it was more diverse to enjoy during morning and night). There is a shuttle bus from Gora station and it saved a lot of time to visit other places and to come back to the hotel. I am really thankful for the special arrangement for the birthday celebration as well.

Gästrecension: Everything about the property is unbelievable. Pictures are in exact representation. There’s no way to describe the grounds, but they’re incredible and staff is amazing.

Gästrecension: They really spoil you here! They have a hot foot bath you can enjoy after arriving with a complimentary drink and snack service and welcome drink. They have a natural small onsen with sulfuric water and a normal modern onsen next to it. It's easy to reach the main sights of Hakone from the nearby train station. The traditional Japanese big breakfast spread was also such a unique experience. I wish I would have stayed more than one night!

Gästrecension: The welcome and the kindness of the hosts were amazing. The accomodation was very thoughtfully provided for. Nori couldn’t have been more helpful with suggestions in planning our 3 fantastic days in Hakone. As we were farewelled, Nori gave us a crane made out of an Australian flag origami and a Japanese handkerchief.
