Gästrecension: Exceptional smiling,helpful friendly staff. Large room air conditioned plus ceiling fan,modern bathroom with large walk-in shower, complimentary shower gels,soap,toothbrushes,slippers plus bathrobe. Comfortable bed, tea coffee.making facilities, fridge and locking safe. Breakfast extraordinary, over 40 items to choose from self service buffet from continental to bacon and eggs which can be eaten on the terrace over looking the bay, great views. Fully air conditioned throughout guest bar coupled with available snacks if required. Lift to all floors comes in handy plus outside rear limited sun beds and small pool, to the front off street parking. Highly recommended.

Gästrecension: Professional and very polite staff, nothing is much to ask. I mainly talked with the chef, the ladies serving at the breakfast (can't remember their names), Kostis and Fanis, felt like talking to friends and not to hotel staff! Very bice people!

Gästrecension: We loved how helpful Maria and Demi were. They were always smiling and happy to help. The walkway to the beach, whilst spooky in the dark, it was a lovely short walk access to the beach where we watched beautiful sunsets! A perfect location for this, also for moon gazing! The food was delicious, and a great variety each night keeping the meat and veggie eaters fulfilled! Wine was lovely, though we hoped to have a couple classic cocktails on the inclusive list but not a problem. We explored their menu… We loved our room location, ground floor and next to our party member and we were so grateful to have this request met!! The decor was lovely, a gorgeous outdoor seating and pool bar also. We loved the coffee and cake hour and ice creams all day! (With all inclusive) we didn’t catch her name but a lovely young server was always so smiley and happy to greet our daughter! As were the cleaners, very happy and welcoming, always greeting us in the mornings. Their service really was lovely. Though it was a very busy week in Crete with a bank holiday and religious celebrations taking place, the hotel always found us transfers and taxis with great timing and prices.

Gästrecension: From the warm arrival, to the amazing facilities, home from home accommodation and hearty/varied breakfast, there was nothing to dislike about Lenikos Resort . Note: you will need will a car as the hotel is situated high up in the hills (with stunning views). I would not recommend walking into town of an evening along the long winding road as there is no pathway and visibility is poor.
