Avaliação dos hóspedes: This is the nicest place we have ever stayed! The room when we walked in took our breaths away! The views of the elephants freely roaming from our room made us feel incredibly lucky! Everything about this place is luxurious! Feeding the elephants their breakfast and dinner daily was a highlight as well as swimming in the pool and watching them enjoy their day too! If you want luxury and a truly memorable experience then this is the place for you.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: I never write reviews for anything, but I HAD to for this. I decided to take a solo trip to Thailand to celebrate my 29th birthday. I booked the Ritz-Carlton for a treat for a few days and it was beyond expectations. I arrived to my room, and practically cried, it was such a beautiful room with a gorgeous view. The space, size, amenities were perfect. The staff did everything to make sure I was well looked after, there were buggys you could call to take you to the restaurant, pool etc, otherwise I would have gotten quite lost. The breakfast buffet was incredible, so much choice! On my birthday the staff made it so special, they created a set in my room with flowers, a hand written card. I then went to the view restaurant where the team also wrote happy birthday, and brought me a cake at the end of the meal. Another staff who I had spoken to a few times, surprised me again with some wonderful treats. It was very special, and I am truly grateful for how the staff went above and beyond to make it special for me. I will for certain be back!

Avaliação dos hóspedes: The location is great! Off the beaten track but within walking distance to bars restaurants and a 7/11. Beautiful beach and lovely rooms. We wanted traditional Thai accommodation, not a bland generic hotel room, and we found it! Tum has created something very special here.
