Avaliação dos hóspedes: This hotel was awesome. Food and drinks were good, staff was great, parks and workshops were fun, room was big, clean and comfortable. Everyday you received a Mexican treat enclosed in a small weave basket to take home - in addition to your stocked out mini bar and snack tray. You also get to keep the reusable water bottles and beach bag in your room. The communication between me and the hotel via email before arrival was excellent. I was able to reserve activities, airport shuttle, and restaurants prior to my stay. You need a reservation for the restaurant Tah-Xido but it was worth it. I also enjoyed the other restaurants Mercedes de San Juan, Cayuco, and Arenal. The wet bar at the pool was nice and a lot of sitting areas. I recommend this hotel.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: The staff was amazing and very helpful! The property itself is beautiful! Front desk team was outstanding and Eusebio at the restaurant/beach did a great job! Every morning was just incredible to be greeted with a very cheerful welcome!
