Avaliação dos hóspedes: Great location , a few short miles from Pamukkale. Excellent wellness facilities, although gym could have more to work with. Pool area great (although in January a little too cold for us). The thermal pool at 40° was amazing! Like a bath. Food reasonable and ultimately good value. Breakfast excellent with lovely coffee - which can be challenging to find in Turkey! You would not stay hungry as buffet is extensive and a giant fruit basket in room to welcome you (which makes it all the stranger that tea and coffee be rationed -see comment below) all in all,a pleasant stay.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: The welcome we received was exceptional, and the staff were obliging to our every request. We were greeted at reception with a sweet gift for my daughter and were upgraded from a family room to a suit on check-in. The hotel aesthetically is modern and spacious. A basket of fruit was delivered to our room on arrival, and because as a family, we enjoy spa breaks, we quickly realised that we had chosen the right place for fitness, rest, and relaxation. Whilst at the Ramada, we enjoyed our time spent in the authentic mineral baths, the hammam with massages, and our unforgettable hot air ballooning experience, which was kindly arranged at a discounted rate by the hotel staff. We look forward to staying at this Ramada again next year.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: Run down hotel, which was I am sure glamorous 20 years ago bit definitely lost its Charme. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was very good and location is excellent- otherwise I would have given at a 2 at best.
