Avaliação dos hóspedes: Excellent service from hotel staff who were always very helpful. Hotel is in a great location close to town centre, room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options, we enjoyed the Elephant Bar which had a great atmosphere.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: Beginning with the staff at the reception, which was amazingly professional and very helpful, we were checked in straight away even if we arrived around 11 in the morning, our room was ready as they did their best to accommodate us knowing that we would arrive earlier. Checked in was smooth and quick. Nappie from the reception was especially very nice and helpful. The room was big, with everything you needed, the pillows were very comfortable. The rainfall shower was amazing, with very good pressure even if we was on the eight floor. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, everything was fresh and tasty. But what was really good was the staff serving breakfast. They went above and beyond to please everyone. They made you feel appreciated and valued. Amazing experience, amazing place. I would recommend it. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so good.
