Opinia gości: We love this hotel!! From the room, hospitality, live music. Everything about this place !! 😍 we stayed here for 6 nights and everything is great !! the hotel is just 2mins walk to the san pedro market where you can buy all local stuff and fresh juices. It's a 7min walk to the main plaza, so I would say this hotel is in a good location. We like it that after a full day out, we get to chill and enjoy the happy hour with live band. When we got back from our machu pichu trip, the staff surprised us with a birthday cake for my husband, that is so sweet of them 😍 Talking about great hospitality and customer service, knowing their customers by heart. I would like to thank all the staff they are all so sweet and very helpful, especially the ladies at the reception - Dolores who handled all my booking and patientlely answered all my questions; and the 2 other ladies who are also with her. Thank you Cusco Hotel, you made our cusco trip memorable!! For sure we would stay here again, if ever we visit cusco in the future..

Opinia gości: Started with a free airport transfer to hotel Location of hotel is incredible. It is located right on the Plaza de Armas. So easy to get to everything a tourist needs to get to in Cusco (close to a lot of restaurants, a lot of tours start from the Plaza, just a vibe to be in the Plaza). It was a great way to start or end the day to have breakfast / a drink overlooking the Plaza. The staff really tried to go out of their way to help you. Both ladies on the front desk very friendly and accommodating. The staff at the restaurant also really good. Housekeeping service was very good. Reception even organised for me to have a massage at the hotel, which was excellent. The beds were slightly hard, but still comfortable. The beds had a lot of blankets (which is sometimes needed given the cool conditions in Cusco) and lots of pillows. A bottle of water was provided free each day, and a market is very close but to purchase further water and snacks. Overall a very comfortable stay and I would stay there again if I was ever in Cusco.
