Opinia gości: Beautifully presented hotel in the heart of the old city. Step outside and you've stepped into historic china. The staff were kind and courteous and did their best to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was beautifully presented and had the heat and lights on when we arrived. Breakfast was good. The pickup and drop off at the train station was a lovely addition which made our stay smooth and comfortable. Very happy with the experience.

Opinia gości: The Elsewhere hotel was a little gem: it felt like were were staying at one of the ancient buildings we saw around town, while still having the comfort of a modern hotel room. I would recommend accepting the pick up service offered from the train station, since it's quite far from the hotel: we were greeted by Alice, who spoke excellent English and who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even booking the tickets for the city's attractions with her own phone and account when mine didn't want to cooperate. We went to Ping Yao to experience ancient China, and came away with the experience of a lifetime.

Opinia gości: Wonderful staff and beautiful hotel. The food was delicious, comfortable rooms and the entire village is a dream. Highly recommend
