Opinia gości: the whole experience from before the check in to the eventual check out was seamless. Very responsive and helpful staff at all times. We had a slight issue with the bathroom but the team responded immediately and gave us an upgrade.

Opinia gości: We had a wonderful stay at the best hotel in New Delhi, the Leela Palace. The staff was very friendly and offered us a complimentary transfer to and from the airport. Upon our arrival, we were able to check in at 7 am, with no extra cost. The staff was very professional and helpful, and they assisted us with every question we had. Additionally, they offered a complimentary laundry service and much more. It was definitely one of the best hotels, if not the best, I have ever experienced. Thank you, Leela Palace, and hopefully, I will see you again soon.
