Recensione degli ospiti: Stayed 5 nights. The first impression I had upon entering the hotel was “it’s nice’. The hotel lobby, elevator, carpets and room were clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional. They reached out to me asking if I wanted or needed any assistance. The room (15th floor) was quiet, could rarely hear any sirens from emergency vehicles, could not hear street noise or my neighbors. The room had ample storage for clothes and our luggage (under the bed). The window was large providing loads of light and had black out shades operated electronically. The bathroom was extremely bright, clean they provided everything I required. Our room had a couch that was a bonus place to sit and read. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. There was a HUGE TV that faced the bed. Numerous lamps throughout the room provided lights for different purposes (reading lights for bed were nice). The location of the hotel is stupendous. Walking distance to many of the NYC metro, shopping, Times Square, 5th ave, subway & restaurants.
