Nestled in an excellent location, the hotel offered easy access to daily strolls in Central Park and visits to the iconic Lincoln Center. What stood out most, however, was the unparalleled hospitality extended to us by the hotel. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Junior to an Executive Suite. This generous gesture enhanced our comfort, but also made our stay more memorable. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with luxurious amenities that catered to our every need. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. Their attention to detail, prompt assistance, and genuine care significantly contributed to the overall excellence of our experience. Whether it was assistance with reservations, or simply greeting us with a warm smile, the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating. The exceptional hospitality, coupled with the thoughtful complimentary upgrade and the consistently excellent service, made for an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and impeccable service in the heart of New York City.
