Recensione degli ospiti: Gorgeous room with our own private onsen! There were also 3 different styled private onsens (critical as many onsens don't allow tattoos) that are bigger that were first come first serve and we were able to spend 30-45 mins in them every night. The dinners were michelin star status. Six to eight courses of the freshest seafood, shabu shabu, and fruit. We wanted to go hiking and were able to wander around the woods and river immediately surrounding the hotel. It was gorgeous with changing leaves, tons of lady bugs, and many deer. We walked through some of the hotels in the town of Lake Akan and this was by far the nicest, most quaint, and had the most amenities.

Recensione degli ospiti: Loved everything about this place. Service is excellent. The food is exceptional. Room and onsen are amazing. Wish I could stay longer.

Recensione degli ospiti: The customer service is top notch, the willingness to help on any request or requirement you might have. They were absolute legends, and even though I have tattoos they accomodate a time after midnight for me to enjoy the hot springs. The food was Michelin star quality love it to the core and really focus on local produces.

Recensione degli ospiti: Excellent communication, well-equipped house, very comfy. We even cooked dinner!
