Avis des voyageurs: Everything was fantastic. Facilities, room, food and most importantly, staff! Really appreciated the water dispensers on each floor, at each corner. Staff was well prepared, trained very friendly and appropriately behaving for a 5* hotel were guests are there to relax and have a good time. I loved how staff would get out of their way to help, always relaxed, cracking some jokes. Entertainment was also something I enjoyed, well thought and planned for all ages. Food was really good, I didn't have all inclusive but the included breakfast had a huge variety of items, there was always something different to go for. Bar/day time food/drinks were also really good. And the Peruvian ceviche was a top favorite, delicious! Decoration and overall ambience was also spot on. Suggestion to go above and beyond - have sunscreen available at the pool area. And someone to help apply it (solo traveler problems!).

Avis des voyageurs: The spa was great and was open before and after check in/out times which was wonderful and gave us a lot of flexibility, if open a bit later it would be exceptional. Checkin time is very early which is great! The breakfast was great! but finishes a bit early (as in other hotels).
