Opinión de los huéspedes: The hotel is a beautiful hotel and right on the Veracruz beach. The check-in staff were excellent and easily communicated in english (unfortunately, my spanish is very lacking). Our room was standard size but had a beach front view, which was a surprise since we were only there one night. It was very clean and had a good size balcony to relax on. The beach is very clean. There were not a lot of lounge chairs, but it wasn't a ln issue as it wasn't heavily used. The water was really warm and very shallow for a good distance. There was a sign stating the area was known to ha e sea urchins, so caution should be taken, but the water was so clear you would probably be able to see them. The pool area, while quite large, appeared to be under some type of maintaince as only 1 or 2 pools were filled. This work didn't have much impact on us as we only stayed 1 night. We were still able to relax at the swim up bar and have some poolside nachos. All the pool-side staff were excellent.
