Opinión de los huéspedes: The thermal spa facilities at the Hotel were exceptionally good. They were varied, open all day, very clean and well serviced by staff, both for towels, accessories and safety. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and provided us with the exact information we required to get the maximum benefit from the spa waters. The hotel staff were similarly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel drivers who undertook our transfers to and from Florence Airport to the hotel were particularly good: friendly, informative, polite and very safe drivers.

Opinión de los huéspedes: It’s a beautiful estate in the country side surrounded by amazing nature. The house is spacious and has all the things you need. The host are super nice and informative.

Opinión de los huéspedes: We visited for 4 days March 24-28. Unfortunately it rained 60% of the time we were there which has an influence on this review. First, the property is gorgeous! Exceeded my expectations! The food was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to meet my dietary restrictions (gf, df). Thank you Lavenia! Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We did the wine tasting with Anita which was awesome! Also enjoyed the organized dinner with Anita.
