Opinión de los huéspedes: The hotel is amazing in a convenient location. There is an easy access to the promenade with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The food in the hotel was very very tasty with lots of choices. The room was clean with a comfy bed. We had some stunning views from our balcony. There are plenty of sun beds and multiple swimming pools. The scenery is lush with lots of beautiful plants and flowers. Maspalomas beach and the dunes are a short stroll away. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a relaxing time in a truly 5 star hotel.

Opinión de los huéspedes: I travel a lot, and I’ve never given any hotel a 10 out of 10 — but this hotel absolutely deserves it. First, the location is unbeatable in Maspalomas: right on the beachfront with direct access to the dunes. The staff, from the reception (especially Sara) to the restaurant team and everyone working throughout the hotel, are exceptional. They’re incredibly welcoming and truly make you feel at home. I booked a half-board stay, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing. The food quality was excellent, with a huge variety of options. The view from my room was outstanding. Honestly, you barely need to leave the hotel because everything you could want is right there. This hotel pays attention to every little detail. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again because they truly deserve every cent they charge — and by the way, the price is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Well done, and keep up the great work!

Opinión de los huéspedes: The view from the hotel is beautiful and the location is probably the best for Maspalomas. The pool is very nice and the staff that are there are great, there just isn’t enough of them to operate the hotel to a 5 star level. They are great though.

Opinión de los huéspedes: Excellent breakfast, fantastic choice. Some special treats (not every day)- smoked salmon, serrano ham and sparking wine. Everyday there was cooked, cereals, yogurts, fruits, pastries etc etc
