Opinión de los huéspedes: We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary when we checked in! Very clean room, loved the toiletries, bed, linens. Mattress & pillows soooo comfortable—ended up buying a pillow to take home! When I’m in the market for a new mattress I will be looking into the type at Made! Room was small but we were expecting that. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, central to many attractions yet removed from the chaos of Times Square. Enjoyed the complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm daily and coffee/tea/hot chocolate daily. Very efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. Overall a wonderful retreat from our busy days!! Would definitely stay again.

Opinión de los huéspedes: The hotel is ideally located in central Manhattan, close to many of the key attractions and main transport hubs. The staff were super helpful, no long waits to check in, and very responsive to requests for advice or services. Don't miss the bar on the ground floor, I almost didn't notice it was there, it is cute, the service was great and they make an outstanding martini.

Opinión de los huéspedes: The location was excellent! We didn't make use of the facilities, e.g. restaurant/bar, but appreciated the availability. There's nice people at the entrance downstairs, which created a feeling of being safety, but also of being welcome. Nice family friendly hotel at fair rates.
