Guest Review: This is one of the BEST places we have stayed in. The room was large with a wonderfully large bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and everything was just perfect in our suite. All the staff were exceptional! Sylvia and Francesco were so helpful and such a pleasure. They called us cabs, recommended and booked restaurants (which were excellent), were friendly and kind and made our stay so much more enjoyable. There were lovely staff to help with luggage when we arrived as well as when we left. The location is unbelievable- walking distance to every single thing. In addition there are shops, the grocery, restaurants all within a couple minutes walk. We shall never stay anywhere else when we visit Florence again.

Guest Review: My luggage was lost and the hotel worked hard to find it for me! The service quality is the best in my travels in the world! If you want to request any supplies for the room, the response is very fast, unlike the five-star hotels I have stayed in, which are very slow, like on vacation! This hotel is the best in the world that I have ever encountered in terms of catering, ability to solve difficult problems, service standards, and staff quality! Including its Renaissance design, it is a rare museum!
