Guest Review: Excellent location, with a nice view. Neuschwanstein, Hochenschwangau castles are all walking distance. Excellent staff. We arrived just before 10pm before they close the reception starving. The receptionist did not only wait for us to check-in but also prepared a cheese plate, served us and waited until we are finished. Very good breakfast

Guest Review: We stayed at this hotel as a family. We liked absolutely everything: the room was spacious and clean, the view from the window was of the mountains, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast food was varied. I also want to mention the hotel's location! The hotel is very close to both castles, the lake, and the Bavarian Kings Museum. In front of the hotel, there is a horse-drawn carriage that takes visitors to the castle.

Guest Review: Almost everything. Breakfast is vast and excellent. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good service everywhere. Great wellness, with a lovely heated pool outside. Good restaurants with Bayern, and French specialties.
