Gästebewertung: The hotel is ideally located—just a five-minute walk from everything you could need. The food was excellent throughout our stay, but what truly set this visit apart was the after service experience Special recognition must go to General Manager Pamela O'Brien. She handled a tricky situation with genuine care and professionalism, going far beyond what we expected. Her sincere approach, attentive listening, and personal commitment made it feel more like a boutique experience than part of a large hotel group. It's rare to encounter such standout leadership in hospitality, and she’s someone any hotel would be lucky to have at the helm. This visit was part of a family gathering. While I’d usually perspnally opt for hotels like The Grand Central or The Fitzwilliam, I left this stay genuinely impressed—and will stay again for an upcoming conference in October. As someone who stays frequently with the Dalata group—including the Clayton in Chiswick last month and an upcoming stay in Ballsbridge in 2 week—I can confidently say this hotel exceeded expectations. Thank you for leaving me with such apositive experience.
