Gästebewertung: It was just an outstanding experience to be hosted at this hotel :) 1. Reception : extremely polite, welcoming and really supportive. Very fast check in and check out. Clear and detailed information was provided about facilities . All our requests were met with a smile and completed very fast: from a room charge to sending flowers, iron and etc to our room. Just professionals and very friendly and lovely people. 2. Restaurants : loads of food, good quality and a huge selection. All meals with no exception were really nicely prepared and always fresh. Service is also a very strong side and a separate Thanks for Happy Birthday song, that made our evening :) 3. Housekeeping: very attentive and organized. Every day clean and tidy room was waiting for us , all extra requests again were fulfilled without any issues. 4. territory is just gorgeous and pleasant to stay. 5. Entertainment team does their best and try to keep everyone happy. Thanks a lot for wonderful vacation!
