Gæsteanmeldelse: Enjoyed the convenience of having the train station and large shopping malls so close to our hotel. Grand Nikko is a beautiful hotel, and I really appreciated that a lot of the staff could speak some English. Customer service was excellent! The rooms were very nice and spacious, not the typical ‘Japanese sized’ rooms. I would definitely bring my family here to stay again!

Gæsteanmeldelse: It was my first time there and i feel so happy. I book my next trip already in this hotel. The station of the resort train is directly in front, all was clean and great in the room, the bed soooooo compfy and we saw the Cinderella castle from our room. I'm so so happy wirh this hotel

Gæsteanmeldelse: Location to Tokyo Station a couple minute walk to the hotel from Yaesu north exit Very easy to find Large rooms with ample space for luggage Beds were comfortable room amenities plentiful When checking they let you know about construction work next door starting at 8:00 but the noise was never an issue for us
