Gæsteanmeldelse: The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spacious, the hotel itself is modern and beautiful, and the location is absolutely perfect. We appreciated being within walking distance of almost everything while avoiding the crowded tourist areas. The breakfast every morning was delightful. The staff, in particular, elevated our experience. They greeted us warmly, provided quick service whenever needed, and even remembered our drink orders each morning. The staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a reserved breakfast table for my birthday, complete with a thoughtful card, birthday decorations, and a delicious cake. It was a touching gesture! We will wholeheartedly recommend Steigenberger to anyone visiting Vienna. If we ever find ourselves back in the city, we would return to Steigenberger without hesitation.

Brigitte was an excellent ambassador; not just for Lovis Suites but for Vienna itself. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was remarkable. A famous Austrian said " I'll be back". So will I. And I'll be certain to stay at Lovis Suites ❤️🤍❤️
