Gæsteanmeldelse: dinner was the best meal we have in the UK in two weeks

Gæsteanmeldelse: I loved the village, the architecture, truly stunning! Also the woods in the grounds, they are a part of Portmeirion. And it's like part Temperate forest, and part subtropical gardens, absolutely breath-taking in beauty! Full of all sorts of imported trees and Botanicals, amazing huge ferns and Rhododendrons, many many different species. The whole place is so well maintained, so clean! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment I stayed in was comfortable and warm. I noticed a number of bird species in abundance around the village and woods that have disappeared elsewhere, so Portmeirion has an important ecological impact for them. I stayed for two nights and I really didn't want to leave here. It would have been longer if i could afford it! I would definitely return as soon as I can. The only limiting factor for me is the cost. This is an expensive place to stay, certainly. But it was actually worth it as I had an amazing experience here, and there isn't really anything I could fault, the service and maintenance/cleanliness was flawless, so that does justify the expense. I will be back as soon as I can afford to stay again!

Gæsteanmeldelse: Great location, rooms were great and very clean. Breakfast was brilliant and a great bar area!

Gæsteanmeldelse: It was a very clean sight staff was very friendly didn't interfere with us at all we had a lovely stay we had to pay £100 deposit which was returned to us before we left everything about our stay was really nice the small town was within walking distance and Barmouth was a short drive away which was a lovely place too everywhere we went and people we encountered were so friendly I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone go see for yourself don't just take my word for it, J Roberts.
