Gæsteanmeldelse: On the night of August 21st, 1968 I was on duty at an American Army listening station near the Czech boarder, and not far from Karlovy Vary, as the Russian tanks rolled into Czechoslovakia. Our outstation could see and hear the tanks. We felt so badly for the Czech people, but could do nothing to help. I always wanted to visit and finally had my chance. Karlovy Vary and the Czech Republic was everything I hoped it would be and more. The Grand Pupp was wonderful. All the staff was excellent. I especially enjoyed the young people learning their jobs in the breakfast room. The room was above our expectations. My wife loved the spa area.
