Gæsteanmeldelse: The hotel overall was really lovely, it's had a recent refurbishment and it's been very stylishly done. The bedroom was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was exceptional - it was a buffet with a wide choice. The staff were lovely and helpful & each of the concierges recommended consistently lovely restaurants - I'd like to especially note the following - Dominic in ES restaurant. The girls in The Living Room, especially Johanna & last but by no means least - Yelena in Guest Services for helping find my phone and for just being an overall lovely person.

Gæsteanmeldelse: The BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff take care of everything, I did not have a single worry through out this trip. The breakfast in New York cafe is beautiful! Ended up trying The White Salon as a last minute meal and the Goulash is amazing. Stunning.
